i use it all the time it's quick ,easy and doesn't cost anything.
when ever i'm not busy i use it to check on my friends.
and when i'm asleep i go across the water to america and contact my friends.

Yes but I always use the astral plane a place between this world and the next set up by spirit and living people where they can meet just in case anyone wondered. I got a lot of strong shivers while I was typing this someone wanted to join in lol.

I have in the past explored such things as Astral projection. I have never made contact with friends or otherwise. I think that would be neat if it were true...
