A small carry-on type suitcase, a pair of sunglasses, or a take-along seat cushion are my best guesses. I'm really not joking about the last one. Their butts may get tired from sitting flying the plane all day.

from what i've heard, a comfy pair of slippers. i got my boss some of those long haired squishy ones because he walks alot, so does your pilot!
