Eight weeks is enough time to exercise yourself from a 14 to a 12, and will be much better longterm for you.
Get stuck into a gym or exercise programme for a solid hour a day (start at 30 minutes, and build to 40, 50 and 60 mins every second day), and stick with it.
It will take the first four weeks to build up your fitness to cope with the exercise, and the second four weeks to really show change in your shape.
You'll look better and feel better and have lots of energy to make the most of your holiday!

adios i'm afraid don't seem to have an effect. Try dinking lots of water and a caloried controlled diet....8 weeks is not impossible. Have you tried joining a diet club such as Weight Watchers or Slimming world. In the first fews on either diet, you should lose quite a few pounds and that should help drop a size. Introducing 15mins a day excercise can also help. Just a brisk walk would do... hope this helps

i havent used these but my friends mum has because she had an operation on her ankle and it swells and this helps against water retention.
mayb if you are just bloated thn it will help but if it is fat then i doubt it, the majority of the time these type of pills just stop your body storing as much water so therefor you loose weight but it is just water weight.
some might help if you have already lost weight through diet and excersice bt mostly they arent a help.
why dont you try a detox diet as they seem to work pretty quickly, carole vodermans is supposedly good.

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !

No they dont work look on british heart foundation for a diet sheet you can lose 10lb in 1 week by dieting for only 3 days a week.
