My sister is 13, I just turned 15, she's dating someone who's nearly 17. I've told her he'll take advantage of her, etc., and she's just saying I'm jealous. What do I do?

Tell your parents! Also, if you are concerned about sexual activity, it is illegal for any underage person to become involved sexually with someone more than 2 years younger in many states, so I would point that out, too. I wouldn't want my 13 year old sis dating ANYBODY, let alone someone who is about to be an adult.
You really need to tell your parents.

Sit your sister down and talk to her again If that does not work speak with your parents She is way to young to be dateing somene 17 It is better to inform someone than to become an aunt at 15

you should respect your sister decision..show your support as a big sister..but at the same time you need to look after her by ensuring that the boy is for real and respect your sister as a girl and a person that he care the most..

try to talk to her mum or her dad about it if she dont want to listen to u if not ok let her take the advantage and she is the one who gonna loose
