Yes the hours the suns rays are the worst is between 10am and 4 pm. That is when you will have the best chance of getting tan. Not to say this isn't highly bad for you, but I'm guessing you already know that.

Hello, I would advise you that the UV rays are very strong at that time. Hard to answer you question s you have not supplied enough info about your skin. It's okay to tan at that hour but only for 10 min. no longer, as long as you already have a base tan, if not start out slowly. I would advise you to start with 5 min. and increase to 10 min, make sure you apply a sunscreen after the exposed time so that you don't burn.

well if u want to get a nice dark tan yes bc like everyone else said thats the time the UV rays are the worst so if u want a nice good tan then yes and tan from like 10:00am to 11 or 12:00am! good luckkk

Tanning from 10-2 is not good for you, it's the most dangerous time for sunrays to be on your skin. 90% of aging is self induced. Wear sunscreen and self tan your face. Your skin will thank you later.

It would be good if you don't stay out to long.
Probably only through 10-11 or 12 is how long you should stay out.
That is when the sun is most visable during the day. So be careful.
