Find out why you stink. (is it B.O.? or do you need to take more showers?) and find a really yummy smelling deoderant [i recommend secret platinum scent expressions]
and a good body wash[i recommend bath&body]
find a good excersise plan and a healthy eating plan.

As far as the acne goes: Do not wash your face with hand soap, just use clear water. Your face has natural oils in it that keep it clean so all you need to use is water and a cloth. Soap will only get rid of the oils that keep your face clear, and as a result cause acne. (Total truth!) Worked for me. Try it for a week, you will see a change. You may have hard water in you tap (water with calcium or other minerals in it.) if so, you might want to get a water softner attachment for your shower.
As far as losing weight: Join a gym and work out 20 minuts a day, 3 days a week.
As far as being more womanly: Well, get a sexy haircut and dress like a pussy cat doll! (lol)

try planing a healthy eating plan and try not to eat in between meals i know its hard not to but if you feel you have to just grab a piece of fruit also try going for walks as often as you can. And find a nice body spray that you like and spay it all over after you shower and make sure you put deodorant on every day. With acne pro active sound pretty good from what I've heard or you can use oil free foundation to cover the pimples up try finding one that doesn't clog up the pores. All the advice you've been given here is excellent. I definitely recommend Proactive for acne. If you can afford it, it definitely works well. By following a better eating plan and exercising, your body will improve and you will start to feel better about yourself. Having a better self-image will help you feel more womanly. Making sure you are clean, your clothes and bedding are always clean should help. Try using a stronger deoderant like Degree or Mitchum if the odor is under your arms.

Start a regular excercise routine, atleast an hour a day 5 days a week, nothing strenuous but something that gets your heart pumping and burning the fat. Then add healthier foods into your daily diet and remove some of the bad things. Then SHOWER daily, use a good deoderant afterwards. Use Neutrogena products for your acne problems, my son uses their acne cream wash twice daily and its worked amazing for him, but they have a whole range of products you could use together to get the desired results. Start a "New You" routine.
AM: brush teeth, clean face, (maybe proactiv or something), eat a healthy breakfast, go for a walk.
Drink plenty of water, eat good food, do different exercises.
PM: brush teeth, clean face, get a good nights sleep.
Be positive.
This does not sound like much to start, but it takes 30 days to turn a good routine into a habit. You can add to this as you go.
I think when you drink more water and exercise, your bad smell might go away. Find a good deodorant, too.

You've already got some really good answers going for you here such as exercise, good diet, good personal hygiene so i just want to add that you should also wash all your clothes well, even the ones already in the closet, clean your room well and vacuum your mattress plus change sheets often. it really is more a change of lifestyle than anything. and remember, after doing all of these advice find your personal self worth, realize that you are unique and develop a wonderful personality. well for the acne pro-active works very well from personal experience but you have to remember your skin becomes ammuned to it about after a year. for the weight issue start working out at least an hour everyday... walk your dog (if you have one) or go swimming. i recommend swimming because you get sun while your swimming and the sun and chlorine help with acne. also drink plenty of water and eat healthy. i hope i could help and if you do follow these steps you should start seeing results!

acne-clean your face buy proactive or some other acne stuff.
to become more femine maybe dress in more girly clothes and do your hair differentaly and paint your nails.

First of all you gotta get on a diet then wash yourself every morning(and evening if you feel like) but its best if you use the really nice smelling shower cremes (i think dove is right)!!
About that acne thang; you can get yourself some of those NIVEA YOUNG products!
And maybe you might want to re-do your closet(take is easy on that one)!!!
