Hi there. I've read from a magazine that oily and fatty foods does not necessarily contribute in your breakout it's open pores with close contact on oils that do contribute to breakout (like frying). My easy solution when I have pimples is to drop an eye relieving solution (eye-mo or visine) on the "fresh" pimple. It'll dry so fast, promise.

Cut down on oily food. Wash your face at least two times a day with an acne clearing cleanser.

cut all corn syrup from your diet.
or anything that's typically bad for you, really.

drink a lot of water, eat a lot of veggies, and exercise. I know that it's probably not what you want to do, but it'll save you.

whatever you do, DON'T use over-the-counter medicines. they're designed to make your acne fluctuate so you'll always need it. dieting properly will do wonders for your skin, however. :D

well, try to keep clean at all times and stop picking on it. Try the anti-acne soap with tretinoin and it will get rid of it quicker and its cheaper to buy also under $10...or you can use glycolic acid cream...please check this site out and read the customers' testimonials...
