After i week i had sever sore throat for 2 days, chronic diarhea for 3 weeks, mouth ulcers. i had 2 HIV tests 3weeks after sex and 5 weeks after, Both came back negative. i consulted dr and he took all blood test all came back good. No i after 9 weeks i have burning in stomach and leg soles. And burning ehile passing stools.

I forgot the medical term for it but when in stress (like you being worried cuz u slept with a prostitute) the brain can actually make yourself sick causing a lot of random illnesses.
What's happenning to you probably isn't it though.

The symptoms all remind me of HIV, but they usually take MUCH longer to show up after an infection. Usually years go by before one sees full-blown AIDS. Having said that, there are some cases that do not show up for months after infection, so have a couple more HIV tests done at 4 and 6 months.
On the whole, this doesn't sound like an STD, but more like a parasitic infection. Something that lives in the gut maybe? You don't mention if there has been any fever. A fever would make me think virus or bacterial infection, but the lack of one would point to a parasite.
Were you out of the country when the symptoms began? Was your encounter with the prostitute in an area of high poverty? Did you have any oral contact with her vagina or anus? From your description of the progression of the problem, it kind of sounds like a bug that entered through your mouth, possibly a microscopic worm or other parasite.
There are docs who specialize in internal parasites. Find one and go in for a consult.

Sounds weird. Researching these two things may be it. Both are difficult to catch in a test, the second one is very rare to the states.
If you are a man infected with gonorrhea, you may experience pain while urinating, frequent urination, and swollen testicles. This indicates an infection of the urethra. You may also notice a white, green, or yellow discharge from the tip of your penis. Your penis will probably look tender and redder than usual and you may notice a swelling of the glands in the groin area.

the symptoms are not in your repro system. your problem seems to be in your digestive system, which is easily affected by stress. yes, you can get diarrhea if you stress out. go see your doctor for further tests. if any problems with your repro, the doctor would've caught them. the immediate sore throat was probably the cold virus you got from the hooker. For HIV, you would have to wait for a few months, keep checking every 6 months. If the test is negative 2 weeks after you think you were infected, if may not be negative in the next 6 months. HIV needs time to proliferate.

Hi Look! I think you you have perhaps worried yourself into these symptoms you had protected sex (with a condom)
The only thing that perhaps you could have been subject to would be Thrush, This being due to oral sex. These
women develop this condition by interupting the normal flora of their vaginas and or oral cavity. You may have been subject to oral or systemic thrush.
If you think this may be the case you will need to consult your doctor.
She/He will be able to test you for STD and give you some thrush medications tablets +- (if female pessaries).
I do believe that your mind can give you symptomatic guilt complexes.

Go back to the doctor. It sounds like you've been exposed to something, whether it be hepatitis or an easily treatable STD.
