Do the following things:
1) Drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day
2) Eat 1 to 2 cumcumbers every day.
3) Eat Papaya and also apply Papaya pulp
on your Face.
4) avoid eating too much of fried foods.
5) Daily relax for at least 10 minutes before you go to bed.

hmm jennifer lopez uses the Oz Garcia diet to get her glowing skin but you would probably have you buy the book to find out what that is, but i think that it includes things like eating oily fish

Through experience i would say..drink a lot of water instead of fizzy sodas/drinks.
Wash your face before goin to bed everyday (remove all make ups if u use any) & put on moisturizing cream after your face is clean.

Drink alot of water and dont eat alot of oily foods. Excercise and tone your face and body.
