Even if you already told her several times that you have no money and even if you do, it wasn't enough of what she's borrowing. Do you have a co-worker like this one?

she's a "moocher" so stop rewarding her ignorant habit by lending her money, take a stand & tell her you can't afford to lend her money & don't see how she can expect you to be her mother (& pay her shortcomings). esp since she must find it easier to bug you than fish in her own pocket for proper cash.
people are like that with cigarettes, they expect total strangers to give them a butt, as if it were expected & a given.

Don't acknowledge her in the slightest way.
She's using you and so many others and laughing her head off. She doesn't care at all, not one bit.
