I'm frustrated with this one girl now.

Well i personally think she will if she wants you to know that she likes you, however, if she doesn't want to seem desperate or keep her feelings to herself or if she just considers you as her crush, she won't really always try to be around you. The best way to know for sure is by asking her.

Of course! She must really like you a lot and feel comfortable around you, because most of the time when a guy I like wants to see me and I'm sick or busy I postpone things. Not to play hard to get, I just think I would be more fun to be with when I'm well and not tired from working so hard.

Personaly...well I'll use personal experiance. I really adore this one boy...and we have a brother/sister relatioship and I well feel deep feelings for him. I ALWAYS make an effort to be with him...

I say yes! When i like someone i try to get closer to the person gettin to know him and whether he is with friends or not i would go over there tohang out with him

yes - thats the way it goes - if you care about somebody and really like them you will always find time for them.
