This may sound super corny but, truly be yourself. dont use cheap pick up lines and **** like that , Girls hate that.

Talk to them, like you aren't trying to get in their pants. Treat them like you would a girl you've known your whole life.
Girls will open up to guys when they don't feel threatened. Become their friend ... if you're trying to score from the get go, you're going to come across as a player / sleeze whatever. if you treat them like people and respect them, they will open up and who knows from there, anything can happen.
