Last man to get to the practice field will get a ride there on my shoe!
I found it in a novel but I don't realy get it.

The meaning is "I want you men to rush to the practice field, and I will kick the slowest of you in the behind to speed you there."

Well...it is a really unusual sentence - but from what I understand - the sentence must be said by a coach or someone in charge.

He's probably telling his team to race to the practice field, and that the person who's last will get kicked by him to the field..."a ride there on my shoe"

(he's trying to scare them into running fast)

Sounds like the coach or whatever is telling the players to get to the field in a hurry or his foot will collide with their backside and kick them there, like a field goal. :)
