First of all, there are hundreds of Christian denominations. You have only listed the more popular ones.

Second of all, a lot. Each of these religions corresponds to teachings of the Christian Bible. But some are so different as to have added their own books (ie. Mormon and Jehovah's Witness).

I would start here, for the answer to your question would take days to explain:

There are some differences with a few that need to be picked out to begin with. Mormons, JWs and Seventh Day Adventists should be classified as cults. They look on the rest and say that they alone are the true Christian religion and everyone else is false and can't be saved.

Catholics, Orthodox and Episcopal have an international head of the church that they look to for leadership and solving points of discussion about doctrine etc.
The others tend not to have international leaders or if they do, they are more to coordinate the activities across the world. They are not viewed as inspired nor are their writings viewed that way.
If you leave the cults out of it, all the other churches believe in the cardinal doctrines of historical Christianity. These are the ones essential to salvation. There may be some variance on secondary doctrines.

Way too much to detail here. Basically, they are historical. Every time a new church is founded, it is because enough people disagreed with some aspect of the one they were in before. The first big division, which happened in the third or fourth century, was between Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox. Then came Martin Luther, then one by one the others were formed as someone (King Henry VIII of England, for example) came to an irreconcilable difference either with Rome or with one of the other protestant sects.

I can say only about similarities. They are all under the wrap of God calling Jesus the son of.........

Rom 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Rom 1:23 And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Rom 1:24 Wherefore God also gave them up, to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves:
Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
Rom 1:26 For this cause, God gave them up, unto vile affections: for even, their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.
Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over, to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient.
