but to be truthful, yes they can, Though the reason has to be valid, not just minor misbehavior.
and usually it's not an immediate kick out--they should at first give some chances, then threaten to kick you out, then really kick you out.
in some cases, however, they can kick you out immediately if the offence is great.

Of course...and they should. School is not a place to misbehave, it's a place to learn. Why should another persons bad actions disrupt students who are actually trying to behave and learn.
Schools need to be harsh on these kids and these kids need to endure the consequences of their misbehavior.

Absolutely! If the one misbehavior put the other students and faculty in danger or put yourself in danger, you can be kicked out ASAP.

Yes..public school is government under,.Goverment has lot of problems..,those student who acts misbehavior can be a cause of state problem..School must not tolerate it..One thing of dicplinary act school must do is kick them....

Of course they can. Just about every state has some zero tolerance behaviors such as bringing weapons to class than can get you bounced immediately. As long as the threat to others is only verbal or a bit of inconvenience, no.
