Dale jr or Jeff Gordon?

Well, This is Jr's 8th full year in Cup. Only once has he been a serious contender for the championship.
Jeff had 4 Cups by his 8th year. And except for a couple of years has always been a threat to win another.

Jeff Gordon has won over 50 more races than Dale, Jr. yet he is only a few years older. I am not a Gordon fan, but he is not only one of the best today, he's one of the best ever. Dale, Jr. will never reach the level of wins that Gordon has.

Jeff is way better. I mean the points dont lie but the fans like Jr better because they liked Dale Sr.

This is probably the dumbest question i have ever heard of!!!! Gordon has 79 wins, 223 top 5's, 300 top 10's avg finish 12.4 and 4 championships from 1993-2007!!! Jr. 17 wins 71 top 5's, 115 top 10's, avg finish 16.1 from 1999-2007 get a brain u nutjob and get off the Jr. kock!!!!!!

Everyone thinks Gordon has the perfect car every time he wins or has won. This simply is not true. Everyone who has ever raced with Gordon and talked about it has said that he could take a car to victory lane when the car wasn't even good enough for a top 10. He is not only the best active driver, but one of the all time best drivers in NASCAR history.

Who knows. Jr. hasn't had a decent car in a long time.
That comparison really won't be fair until Jr. can get into a better more comparable car to Gordon's from HMS.
You can't expect to give a driver a POS car and expect him to perform. Gordon's cars have been much better than Jr. so I don't this question....which has been asked too many times on here...is fair right now.

They are both good, and now there teammates!! I like Dale Jr, and cheer for him. Gordon is cool, My son likes him. So both of them are good. Just seeing what they do every weekend shows it right??

Jeff Gordon and it's not even close. Let's put it this way, there will never be a SPEEDTV special edition of Wind Tunnel to debate this issue.
