They should first go at age 3 weeks for their first deworming. Then, follow up at 6 weeks with their first vaccinations. Cost will vary, of course.

wow! this is terribly common. Well too late now!

Seriously - if I dare had a dog that I planned to breed then I would have had her at the vet a LONG time before even considering having her have puppies. The entire process would have been planned out.
You can easily call a vet and get a price estimate for this - it ranges depending on what city you are in.

Hope your puppies get decent homes at least! But in reality? it' highly doubtful. That's why I don't do such stupid things - I care about my dogs and really this may sound high headed but so what. Unless your breeding dogs that have pedigrees that astonish those that marvel at such a thing and your asking price is high enough that it weeds out people who are looking for a cheap pet to decorate their house temporarily - you really shouldn't have done this reprehensible thing.

If I were you I would keep them. Or, I would adopt them out with a contract - and greatly be of assistance to the pup's future owners! And always be available at any time during the pet's lifetime to take it back if necessary. And, by all means I would require the puppies to be spayed and neutered by the future owners (maybe offer a price discount for this).

First of all- It is Miniature Pinscher- NOT Miniature Doberman Pinscher. The Miniature Pinscher is a much older breed than the Doberman. If you are breeding them you should know that. Second, yes, you should have then vetted prior to placing them in adoptive homes. They should have their first shots well before 8 weeks of age which is the youngest they should leave their mother. Legally, if you are selling them and they are ill and you haven't had them vetted then the buyer could sue you for the cost of the dog, court fees as well as pain and suffering. Educate yourself before breeding your Miniature Pinscher again or do her a favor and have her spayed.

Have your Min Pin spayed. You don't know anything about breeding. Your lucky the mom and pups are OK seeing as how you just stuck 2 dogs together and hoped for the best. Stop being a backyard breeder and using your pet as a money making baby machine!!!!!!!

Puppies must be vet checked almost immediately after their birth. They will need the lst of a series of puppy shots. Otherwise they can get very sick and possibly die. Take them right away.

eww'alot dear!! I would have in writing and make the new owners sign it before they take them away to their new homes, that they are due for a check up and to be spayed or neutered vaccines,ect......soon and its up to them to follow through .......That will be alot of money and too even if they are paying you for them its still their responsiblity to have this done!
