It depends on the circumstances, like the direction they are flying or what each aircraft is armed with. but a typical loadout on each aircraft would most likely rusult in th SU-30 winning becuse of its missle evasion tactics.

dude they arent even in the same class.
f16 is light and very agile, its technology is way ahead of its main competition, mig 29, and its versatile. mig 29 still has the best manouverability though. In this class I actually like Mirage the best, its got speed.
su30 has heavier firepower than its american rival f-15. As for manouvers, look at videos from aerospace shows, the "cobra" really kicks a**
I'd say both are best in its class.
