He has restored my faith in the integrity of the cooking profession, one must understand that the swearing, the tantrums, the histrionics are from a man passionate about food, passionate about his craft and coming from those his reputation as a world class chef, in short a genius. Woe betide any **** that thinks working in his kitchen is "just a job" or couldn't really give a ****, he expects you to share his passion and craft, yes mistakes can be made but he wants to see you trying your utmost to do the best you can. I think he is a tyrant, a dictator but all in all a bloody good bloke and I would gladly wash dishes or clean floors in his kitchen, if only to learn from a Master. He gets 10 out of 10 from me.

Chef Ramsey is the best. He doesn't act like he does on "Hell's Kitchen" normally, it's for ratings. Just watch Ramsey's kitchen nightmares. I love Ramsey, I want to marry him. He used to be a rugby player and has a lovely body, and he can cook like nobody else. mmmmm Just love him.

Chef Ramsey is awful. Besides having a terrible temper, he violates health & safety protocols.

He swears far too much and is generally just pretty awful to the people in his kitchen. However, I do like the way he tries to bring people back to quality, simple food such as steak pie, or roast beef and gravy...much better than fancy crap you get from some chefs!

I think is any amazing chef, but people misunderstand him. He isn't mean to make himself look good or for his benefit, it is for the benefit of the candidates. It is like runnign an army, you need to be straight to the point .. and sadly ware them down so you can bould them up to your criteria.

absolutely fascinated by him. not someone I would want to hang around with socially, but as a chef, he offers a lot to learn from.
