Heresy is a funny thing. Everyone is a heretic to someone of another religion. Baptists are heretics to Catholics and Muslims are heretics to Jews. It is just a failure to believe in an orthodox religion. Religion is a man-made thing. If you believe in Christ and have a relationship with Him, then religion is immaterial. So, in answer to your question, Yes you are a heretic, at least to the religion you don't believe in.

Wouldn't it depend on what your faith is in? If your faith is in the atonement of Christ I would say you are saved by faith.
