Nope! I did however collect a lot of "scare" literature from the period, knowing that it would be great to take it out and laugh at it years later.

Nope... My father is a data systems analyst I grew up with computers in the house and knew from experience setting the date to /00 did nothing..
I did however prepare for the panic... I pulled roughly $500.00 out of my checking account on dec 30 before the mad dash to the ATM started on the 31st. here there were lines around the block with people pulling out all thier money for fear the bank systems would crash.. I didn't want to have to get money in that mad rush on the 31st so I got it early and avoided the bank until Jan 3rd..

I bought 5 good computers very cheap just before new years.
I still have two that I use as word processors because they are to small to run modern operating systems in, and would be too slow and vulnerable on the internet.

Nope. Took no precautions, did nothing of the sort. My adrenalin went up a bit, that's all, and only in the last hour.
Still waiting for global warming to kill me. Any second now...

No, although there was a black out where I lived in MI. I was wondering but kinda doubted the whole thing from the beginning. I thought it was funny

No, I didn't. I just let God take charge of the situation. Look now, nothing happened. I'm sure glad I trusted God. He is truly the only one "I can" trust. AMEN.
Bless You

No. All I know is that I was drunk, so even if there was something to worry about...I wouldn't have cared.
