Okay. the application says to list down 4 employment records. I only have 1 employment record. What should I write on the other ones? Volunteering experiences or just write N/A? Which one is better?

Just write on the job record you have. the others are there just in case a person has had more jobs. No big deal. Your a kid, they dont expect you to have much experience.

If you got fired or quit within a short peroid of time at the old job you had, leave it out. They will think you suck and will quit on them.

Sure, you can put your volunteer experience and make sure you indicate it was only volunteer and not a job. Since you only had one job, it would a be a good idea to put the volunteer experience to help illustrate your skills you have and earn points with the employer.

Good luck and work hard. Peace

If you have long periods of volunteer work, then yes, it would be better. If you did it for a day, or two days, the manager is going to look at that and say "I don't care" You could also put n/a, but if you've got steady volunteer work, that always looks better.
make sure to note that it was volunteer work.

On the first one you could put First Job - age 16.
It wouldn't do any harm to record any voluntary experience in the other boxes, and put in brackets after each one - Voluntary. They'll at least know that you're keen to be working, and that's a great start.

leave it blank. But mention in another section that you would like to embrace this job and learn as much as possible despite your lack of experience. I got my first job at a grocery store when i was 18 with no working experience at all and now i am 19 and am a Asst. Front End Manager at a southeastern grocery chain. Managers like to see determination and steadfast interest in learning. You will be fine! =] good luck! let me know how it goes!

volunteering is DEFINETELY a good thing to put down. Did you do any jobs like mowing lawns or babysitting? You can list those too. Anything is better than leaving it blank
