Americans already Have been moving to Mexico.
Check the population of San Miguel de Allende, among other cities. CaucasianTexans almost run the town.
Apparently some people do like the beans (on both sides of the border).
Last time I was there, I was in a bar, and only heard English spoken. I also heard Americans were cracking down on traditions that have been going on in Mexico for decades. (some firework laws)
Any other ideas???? By the way, I sure hope none of you are drinking the water here off the tap.

OOoooooo! Let's!! There should be plenty of room there since they are all HERE!! And we can take cases of bottled water, no biggie. ;)
I live in CA.
I went to court with my 19 yr old about a month ago on a speeding ticket. We had to sit thru a 15 minute video explaining the court process.
THEN we sat thru it AGAIN in spanish! (Mad)
THEN we had to sit and WAIT while the spanish speakers were taken OUT with an interpreter to make sure they understood what they were just explained to in the video in BOTH spanish and english!! (madder)
They have you sit 10 at a time in the front row to process. Spanish speakers as well as english speakers. It took TWICE as long for the spanish speakers to get "it" than the rest.
Needless to say I was Ticked off some 2 1/2 hours later when my daughter finally got called up there.
It's all gotten ridiculously out of hand.

I know I wouldn't like it. I already live in the American southwest.That is as close to Mexico as I am ever going.

They don't allow illegal aliens in Mexico. We would be caught brutally treated, jailed and deported.
They have pretty strict immigration laws and strict Spanish speaking requirements in Mexico.
Hmmmmmm.
