I'm not a lady, but don't need to be one to answer this:
Foreplay!
You could look it up online. LOTS of places! Get the general idea, and maybe some techniques you think you'd like to try. Then when you're together, ASK her what she wants, what she likes. Unless she's a total fool, she won't expect you to be a mind-reader. And TELL her what feels good that she does to you, and/or that you want her to do. Having sex is, or should be, all about enjoying how much pleasure you can give to each other! Of course, if either of you doesn't want to do what the other enjoys, then it's negotiation time.
On second thought: Do you mean, "How do I seduce her, so that she'll agree to have sex with me?" If so--not my bag, man!

The best thing to do is start off slow.... maybe alittle making out then some nibbles to the neck....then after that maybe try and bit her inner thigh..... pretty much depends on your gurlfriend.

to get her ready for sex tell her you love her and respect her and make sure as much as you hate it you have a condom. make sure she wants to have sex. don't force it give it time ok. women aren't like cars they don't just turn on..
