I have to report for "Inform" near mid-August. What should I expect and how should I prepare?

What should I expect PT wise?

I haven't received the official packet but, what else should I do to prepare other than PT and memorize the information I am supposed to know?

If you have not started jogging, Start NOW. IF you can't swim, learn now. Keep ears open & mouth shut. The period is short. It's just going to break you in to the life. It's not like Parris Island or something.......

Hope for the best but expect for the worse. Be physically fit by running at least 5 kilometers daily, 30 push-ups and 60 sit-ups.

Dang, in AFROTC they make us be prepared for field training which is like what you probably are going through. From what I heard you get qualified with a pistol and maybe rifle, inspections- duh! and oh, yeh the best part candies and sweets are off limits. Also they us to have a pair of blues- I don't know whats Navy is but an extra uniform in your carry on bag. Also I heard be prepared to run about 5 miles. My major is one the COC @ field training camp, so he pushes us hard.
Good luck.
