i live in miami i truned 18 my friends backed stab me and my girlfriend left me im usually the quiet shy guy i want to change that i guess you can say i want to be more out going i dont want to go to partys alone and stuff so i was wondering how do i become more out going how do i get away from being shy and quiet i usually really dont talk so can anyone help me i want to start over
also i meet this girl online shes i think 16 or 17 shes cute and she doesnt live that far from me i want to ask her out but i dont know how i dont want that same line lets just be friends shes mostly into anime( chines cartoons) and im sorta not so can someone help me out on that too

Trust me what ever you say to her will not sound dumb but if you are so worried about that just say to her( would you like to hang out Saturday night with me) or when ever you want to take her out. My son was like you,he wouldn't open his mouth if anyone was around. I had to find a way to get him out of that so I come up with an idea of cutting and spiking and dying his hair.He had almost black hair and i dyed it very blond .He went to school the next day and he came back a different person.The girls wouldn't stop calling and he made friends with the guys from school.He was no longer shy that's all it took to change him into a different person.That was 5 years ago and he is still very poplar with the girls.The new look gave him confidence he needed.In fact he is a little cocky now. His hair is everything to him now,by the way he was in the 11th grade when i did that to his hair.

Don't try to change too much. It's good that you're trying to branch out more, but start small and work your way up. DOn't totally change yourself though. As for your "friends", you're much better off without them. And be careful of online dating; it's not a bad thing but be careful. And don't ask her out on a "date"; just ask her if she wants to meet you and get a coffee. Then go from there. If you don't know much about anime, just ask her about it; people love to talk about themselves. And if she won't go out with you becuase you don't like anime, don't worry about it. Online is alwayss easier at first...heck every good relationship I've ever had started online...cuz see if she does like you, then you can ask for numbers and stuff like that...and even if you get rejected (which you sound like a good, quiet, kinda shy guy so I'm sure that won't happen...as long as she's smart) it's a heckuva lot easier when it's not face-to-face.

makes no odds if your shy, thats the way you are, people will have to accept that, can you imagine if we had a world full of gobby gets like me, just ask this girl if she would like to go to the movies, or for a pizza, see how it goes. this new girl may bring out the devil in you. im sure youll be fine dont rush into things though youve only just come out of a relationship. and as for your mates f**k em there tw*ts .

well im da same way im hella shy & also my bf is into anime...but if u really like her go ahead whats the worst that can happen besides no...just be carefull wit pepple on da internet even some girls on her can be weirdos...but 2 get over your shyness just go out wit your friends & meet some of there friends,& then meet some of there friends,etc..

you have to dress nice. collar, stripes, nothing ugly.
talk to people more. myspace? add em.
got aim, yahoo, msn, anything? IM them. chat em up.
then start to hang out with them in person.
start talking to people and stuff.
so that way you wont be shy when you meet this girl in person.

the best thing to do to be unshy is to go and find people your own age and introduce yourself and talk abotu common interests and odn't be afriad to ask questions. and when it comes to that girl you like you need to start off as friends not rush into a relationship
find common interests and don't assume she is your type by her looks. but keep it simple..like "hey my name is and i wanted you to knwo i really like you alot".. good luck
