I never really had a real relationship before. I'm 23, a proud virgin who wishes to have sex after marriage with the right person. I have a lot of lover, honor, and respect for myself. If the guy I recently am going out with (just a scenario) asks me about my past relationships how do I tell him? And do guys like that a girl is a virgin...do they respect that and do guys think of someone who never had a boyfriend...do they respect that as well? And there should be no reason of him asking me about my past relationships right??

if you are a proud virgin then I would just come out and tell him. It shouldn't be a big deal if he really likes you then he should wait for you right. Don't change your mind you will regret it later you have waited this long so wait a little more. Trust me it will be worth it in the end and your husband will thank you!

When he asks you in my opinion about past relationships he wants to know your flaws in the past or if someone did you wrong that he will not make the same mistake. Most guys are perverts well in my opinion . the point is usually guys don't like virgins but they don't like sluts either but if he respects you he will accept the fact you are a virgin an you haven't really had a real relationship .

I wouldn't share relationship history on a first date, but at some point it's a reasonable thing to share. You hint at a none-of-your-business response, which would convince a guy you have something to hide or are avoiding emotional intimacy.

A decent guy will respect your decision to wait for marriage even if he doesn't share it. But a relationship with a guy who doesn't share that decision probably won't last long, the difference in lifestyle is too big.

If the guy doesn't respect you, then you can do better. A lot of my guy friends respect girls that are virgins (me being one of them). They really admire that in today's society a girl values herself enough to do that. More power to you!

PS I'm 25 and waiting until marriage. Most the guys I've dated have been just fine with it. But a couple did try to push limits/view it as a challange...just be careful and hold strong to what you believe in.

Well if u want to be with a man and get serious with him he should respect u on all levels. If u feel comfortable with him then u guys should be able to talk about anything. dont be concern with the fact that u are a virgin. just be cool about it and casual.

Any decent guy will respect your principle. If he won't he's a bastard! Your true love will respect and love you more knowing that your're reserved only for him.. ^_^

Of course they do! If he's the right type of guy
he wont care. He will probably love it
and respect it.

Well, just tell him the truth, I respect that. Nothing to be ashamed of.
