In Phoenix Arizona there is a story generating alot of attentio because of a mother whom was killed today by an ILLEGAL immigrant who continually rammed an undercover police SUV after the officer say him driving eractily and throwing beer out of the windows. The ILLEGAL rammed the undercover SUV many times before finally pushing into oncoming traffic and the new is all over this and the local Sheriff Joe Arpiro is totally pissed off about this and should be. The immigrant practily bragged about being deported 5 times prior to this incident. He said he learned the ramming techniques from watching television here. The entire point of this is if th man were here then he wouldn't have cause the accident in the first place. If he wasn't here than it wouldn't have happend. Let me clear my point, If he weren't here ILLEGALLY. Not to mention he was deported 5 times earlier to this. So my point is whats the in deporting any ILLEGAL, they just come back anyway.

This is an extremely sad story! I hope this generates the type of outcry that it should. It is easy for liberal politicians in the northeast to ignore stories such as this----it's the citizens here in California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas that are feeling the brunt of the illegal immigration problem. This man is not only a disgrace to other Mexicans, but a disgrace to the human race. Not all illegal immigrants are criminals (except for illegally crossing), but this story shows exactly why we need help on our borders. I consider myself a republican, but I cannot support the amnesty program put forth by the president. Enforce the laws on the books, deport the illegals, and give the the border guard all of the tools necessary to do their job.

My mutt-dog LOVES pit bulls - they play with her. All the pits I've met are so sweet and friendly, their only problems are playing too rough (not a problem with my dog, she just likes to play) and jumping on people. I adore pit bulls, as I do other dogs - and I'm glad someone is being prosecuted. I'm not convinced it will end dogfighting, but it's a step in the right direction.

I agree with hugh jordan about punishing the employer.
There are 2 way to stop the problem:
1. Keep the borders sealed. I think manpower and finances are problem there.
2. Let Department of Labor do employer raids and engage in I-9 compliances. When employers are punished and fined, others will learn. US government needs to empower DOL and provide resources.

UNBELIEVABLE not only are they not citizens , there criminals , they ***** and want more rights when there criminals and get more rights than me (im a citizen with no criminal record ) but they kill and the only punishment is deporting him thats BS I mean not only is he illegal hes a ******* murderer thats enough for anyone to get life in prison or death row

Yep, I saw this also. It is disturbing and that is why we need to secure our borders. I still can't believe our politicians claim this is an " undocumented" worker that wants a better life. This is what angers me, and yet another life lost because we are not enforcing our laws.
