Sweet heart, you may be comparing yourself to others and setting unrealistic goals. How tall are you? What is you body type? It's fine to want to get in shape but first what is the right shape for you? Talk to your parents or an adult friend. There's a good chance that all you need is a little toning and a healthier diet to look and feel great. Getting fit takes time. A fast fix is never permanant. One place to start is knowing what you are eating and how many calories you burn through exercise and other activities. Keep a log for 2 or 3 days keep track of the fat, calories and sugar in what you eat... you'll be surprised. From there, tweak your diet. Never starve yourself. Drink lots of water. But most of all take a good long look at yourself in a full length mirror and focus on loving the person you see today because if you can't love her no matter how much weight you loose you wont be happy. Good luck with your fitness goals!

Seriously I doubt you are overweight. Try to eat healthy, lots of fruits, veggies and water. Only eat meat once a day and carbohydrates(cereal, potatos, rice, bread) once or twice a day./ Don't starve yourself(this will actually cause you to gain more fat) try to eat every few hours, but not after 7pm(by doing this, you are trying to change your metabolism from slow to fast). Walk everywhere you go and at a fast pace, so that your heart gets pumping, if you like to jog, do some jogging. You can also go biking and swim, and if you have a big enough space at home, dance as much as you want(it is fun and good exercise). By doing all these things, you will get healthy adn be fit and toned. You might not lose weight, but you will lose fat, and that is really what you are aiming for.
Make sure that you don't drink pop, it contains a lot of sugar. Also if you are going to drink juice, make sure it says 100% Juice(juice mix and most mccain frozen juice mix, is mostly sugar, stay away from these products. Try not to eat anything deep fried. Deep fried food is full of trans fat and saturated fat. These are the fats that your body doesn't need and causes a lot of people to have a higher fat percentage than they should.
When I was 13 I was about 110 pounds 5'2". I wasn't fat, but I wasn't fit either. I mostly exercised and starved myself. It wasn't until I was 22, that I changed my eating habits and exercise habits. Once I did, I looked the best I have ever looked and was extremely happy and satisfied.
Good luck!

well just lay off the junk food and exercise. if you are exercising then you should eat high carb and no more than 4 grams of fat. you need fat because you need amino aicids. these r esscential in human life. if you r laying around the tv (which u should not!) try eating low fat foods and veggies and fruits.
Good luck!

110 lbs. is NOT fat, unless you're like 4 feet tall.
Since you're going to lose weight anyway, you have some time to lose a good amount of weight...just exercise, eat less. No miracle cure.
This isn't a "omg I'm so fat, so tell me i'm not" type thing, is it?

You lose babyfat naturally. Dieting is not healthy especially since you are 13. You could exercise a little bit. Swimming and walking are good ones since they are low impact and fun in the summer and you can do it with friends.

You're 13. You need that baby fat for energy to grow. Don't worry about it.
