Given the fact that there are some bits of info left out of your question, such as your age, fitness level, and lifestyle, we are limited in some aspects of how to answer. Any way, there are some simple facts that you should consider.
Yesterday's diet will impact today's energy level.
Hikers know that if they didn't hydrate very well yesterday, then today's drinks will not make up for the loss during today's hike.
Binging on soda pop, by "biggie sizing" a drink, has a lot of impact on your core energy, and being in the habit of doing this can really help you age very quickly. This little tip is not only for the B-ball game but for the game of life as well.
Wear loose fitting clothing prior to the game, so your circulation will be at its best.
Utilize the cardio equipment at the gym rather than the weight equipment, on the day before the game. Don't go to the gym at all on game day, if you want to store up the energy for the game itself, since that will be plenty of exercise for that day.
Find a way to reduce your stress level. If you are undergoing any unresolved stress, let go of it as best you can, at least temporarily, well before game time.
If you are currently on a caffeine loaded diet, try to break it, because this has a yo-yo effect on your energy level.
Find a teammate / mentor who can help you accomplish this goal. Perhaps someone on your team will see how you can use your energy more wisely during the game, so you can preserve it for the fourth quarter.
Just as in all of life, set a plan for yourself, so you won't get burned out and be missing when your team really needs you the most.

To raise endurance u have to work on ur cardiovascular. Its really just conditioning your body to endure longer periods of strenuous activities. Distance running has been a proven method for boosting endurance, if running isn't ur thing, there r many different exercise machines that target ur cardiovascular!

I'm trying to gain weight because I have a really fast metabolism. The requirement for me is low reps, high weight. This will make me slower, and bigger. Also, I have to eat a lot! I hear more reps, slightly less weight, is the way to go. Also, cardio & explosive exercises. Work your core the most. There are all kinds of proteins and supplements that are available to help improve/enhance performance, but I shy away from anything unnatural. Glucosamine will give you more energy.
