Very simple...eat light, eat right, lots of H2O, moderate exercise, and keep your sweet tooth happy within reason. I lost 50 pounds over the last 6 months doing just that. Light is smaller portions, right is the latest and greatest food pyramid (with special emphasis on foods that burn fat more than the rest such as grapefruit, green tea, fishes), drink water all day long and don't keep track so it just becomes natural, moderate exercise is doing the little things that pay big dividends such as standing (when you can) versus sitting, taking some or all of the stairs, do what you like (run, walk, handstands, cartwheels, swim, line dance, whatever) etc., and just eat small portions of your favorite treat (instead of a whole tray of chocolate chip cookies, how about 3?).
Before you know it you will be 75 poundages lighter and have created lifestyle habits to keep'em off. Get'er done!

I'm a fat boy, and what I was considering doing was trying some dietary supplements (i.e. Zantrex 3, slim fast) because I know this sounds like a dumb reason but I saw Dustin Diamnds Use it and he didnt change his eating habits and excersised a little and he lost 13 pounds in two weeks. I need to lose 80 pounds before next June so I'm really trying to lose some weight too. The problem with excersise is that it doesn't help you lose weight it kind of controdicks itself. It burns the fat but adds muscle which is heavier than fat. But if you do try the diet pills, make sure to excersize a little bit so you are still healthy. Hope I helped! :-)

Eat less, exercise more...get a gym membership, go 4 days a week and focus on cardio (treadmill, ellipticals...stay away from the stationary bike, it really doesn't do much). If you're really serious about it, you could look into speaking with a nutritionist and/or a personal trainer who can help you change not only your weight, but your lifestyle. Sticking to it will be the hardest part, as 75 lbs. is a huge amount of weight to lose...you have about 8 months to a year of hard work ahead of you. Good luck!

It's simple...smaller portions and increase your activity. Start slow, work on one or to simple goals at a time. Example: Week one, start eating a decent breakfast everyday and increase your activity by 10 min. If you don't exercise try walking for 10 min around your block. I am a big girl too, there's no secret we know what we need to do the tough part is staying motivated and keeping it up. What helped me was telling people what i was trying to accomplish so that I would stay motivated, if I failed then everyone would know. Just some ideas, diet pills work as long as you take them, same with crash diets, and slimfast, nutri-system as soon as you stop all the weight returns. GOOD LUCK...I hope you accomplish your goal.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

you need to work out and run every day 5 days a week if your run and dont sweat your wasting your time. just work out till your drenched in sweat. then your losing weight,
drink low fat milk
no soda
no fast food
no donuts
no cake
no icecream
no candy
no brounies
no junk food at all
eat 3 meals a day, if your still hungry eat a 4th meal......the more you eat duing the day (healthy foods only) the faster your metabolism will be....you eat once a day it will go slow to save it in your system....you eat 4 times a day....it will speed up becuse your bodies is getting more food and needs to process it faster
take a dietary supplement.....something that helps burns calories, speed metabolsm, and gives you energy yo work out
run up stairs, walk 2 miles a day dya or night, drink more water,
for this to work you have to do this:
drink low fat milk
no soda
no fast food
no donuts
no cake
no icecream
no candy
no brounies
no junk food at all
if you work out then eat junk food, your back at the beginning. you work out to burn calories, you eat 1 pizza or fastfood burger, you put the calories back in
look at what you eat.......DO NOT eat more than 2,000 calories a day. thats all you need.
if you give up, you deserve to be fat.

Since your gender does come into play you wont loose weight by running and dieting, well..at least not right away. My advice, use some product that will help you loose weight faster (something for women, i dunno) and dont neglect muscle work out as well, you'll incerese the amount of energy you use when you do cardio.
