talk to your father. You might have to go to court to change the support order to direct the money to you or your guardian.

Let me point out that in most cases ... and by law ... child support payments STOP when a Child turns 18 ... or graduates High School!
So as a Long Term Single Parent (who never saw any portion of the child support payments anyway) ... I can say this by personal experience. The Divorce Court follows the law ... and child support was only ordered until each child turned 18 years of age.

Usually support stops when a child reaches 18, or graduates high school, whichever comes last. Is this money your dad has agreed to send to help you through college? If not, it's probably money he was behind on while you were growing up, which unfortunately the state looks at as your mom's money as she was the one who supported you when the support wasn't there. If this is money your dad is sending to help with your college, talk to him about sending it to you or putting it on a prepaid credit card for your use. Hope this helps! Good Luck!!

Go get your money from her. Tell her that you'll turn her in for fraud. If you don't live there, she's not paying for your food or rent or anything, is she?
Does she take care of your kids for you?
Whoever is taking care of the kids, feeding them, providing their housing, clothing, etc, is the one who should have the check.

Get your own place and have it sent there. If your mom is raising the kid then she deserves the money to help support it.
