Canada is basically a country that believes in slowing down and helping others, and in the U.S.A it's sink or swim. Both areas are great. In Canada if you run into trouble, you'll probably be fine, there are a lot of programs and healthcare services that will keep you living at a decent standard of life. In the U.S.A you're screwed if you get into trouble, but if you do well, you'll do much better than in Canada (Canada has a lot of tax on everything to pay for all the welfare services).

At the moment I live in Canada, and I love it. I do plan to move to the States when I'm older, but that's because I have a business plan that wouldn't work in Canada.

Hi Roshi

My name is Rumen. I work at a private Canadian immigration firm. I could give you a little bit of light on Canadian immigration rules. If you file a Skilled Worker application, which by reading your e-mail, you probably qualify for, would probably take 3-6 years for a decision to be given on your application and it would have to filed in at the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi. For more information, here is a link to the government website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

Also, here is a link to our website that explains further the skilled worker category: http://www.immigroup.com/canadian_immigration.php#federal_skilled_worker

Most likely, this will not seem very attractive to you. I don't blame you. Most people would not want to wait that long. The other alternative is to file for a work permit in your field (make sure your qualifications meet North American standards). Generally they are issued for 1 year and are renewable.

Your last option is if your willing to learn French (unless you already know it) is the Quebec Skilled Worker program. Here is the link to this program http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/quebec/index.asp
The process for this program can be from about 1-2 years.

I hope this was helpful to half of your question. I hope others will shed some light with regards to US immigration.

If you need our help, call us at 1(416)962-2623 or visit our main website at http://www.immigroup.com

Yours truly,
Rumen.

He does now no longer qualify as a dependant youngster. To be honest i do no longer understand what route *she* even took to receive PR, because the make certain you quote is this variety of lot no longer as a lot because the funding beauty volume?

I'm not sure why everyone wants to run to American so they can pay taxes to a government that sells weapons to 3rd world countries, and kills people in Iraq. Why not stay in India and help India become a more prosperous, peaceful place. It's God's own country.

Well, if I was immigrating it would not be to America. Go somewhere else.

Come to America and welcome. Legal immigration is welcome in our country. We just do not like illegal immigrants.
