Jefferson, Tx. a historic town with lots to see in way of pre civil war houses and stores. You can reserve rooms in historical homes converted to bed and breakfasts. Or at the hostoric Escelor house. Offers carriage rides both day and night as well as river boat tours. Also offers tours of pre historic Caddo lake.
Get on web site of Texas depatment of tourism and look up Jefferson, Tx. or call them direct. using 1-800 directory.
call it same way you would for directory assistant but using the 800 in place of area code.

A little town called Coppell Texas, next to Grapevine Mills Mall, home to three of the largest churches in the State. All three of which are GORGEOUS!! try coppell, if not, why not the Dallas Arboritum ... talk about saving money on some flowers!! lol
