Other than by knowing her email address and password, I think that would be virtually impossible. I know that you don't care too much about privacy when you think that someone is cheating on you, but, that is an invasion of privacy anyways.
So, instead of making yourself miserable by making assumptions, why don't you go and have a talk with her. Let her know the reasons why you feel that she's cheating. Find out what's really going on. If you continue having suspicions., maybe then it's time to find someone who you can trust.
Besides, without trust, what good is a relationship? Every time she's out of your sight, you're wondering what she's doing. Who is she with? What type of questions is she asking on Yahoo?
Don' worry your handsome little head...talk to her. If she is seeing someone else, even though it may hurt, you'll have to accept it. It'll be time to close this chapter of your life and start a new one, with a new girl. Perhaps, a girl that you can trust.
But instead of continuously making assumptions...talk to her. If you are not an adult--this is a part of growing up and learning that things will not always go the way you want them. We can't control another person's emotions. Heck, we can barely control our own. If you are an adult...the same thing goes.
Whatever, I wish you the very best of luck!!

Sorry, but you can't find out because one can change their avatar name at any time , and another person may use the same avatar name. Plus, we are now able to keep anyone from seeing any questions or answers we have written. Personally, that feature made a huge positive difference! Sometimes you have six answers, but another with a million people, you could get six different ones by asking the questions a little differently. That is nice.

The previous answers are correct, but if you really must, you can buy a program that will send information to your email account telling you everything she does on her computer. I do not recommend this because when she finds out you did it, she will be very upset.
But if you absolutely have to, you can try programs on the web by search for "Spy on another computer" or use the link provided below for one that was used on me. It is undetectable to the user of the computer, but can bite you in the butt if they find out about it.
I found about it because it was on my computer, but I saw emails to the person who installed it and called to company to ask how to bring up the password box. I cracked the password and deleted it. I was very pissed because I do nothing wrong on my PC and I felt untrusted. An argument ensued and I deleted it. Now I know how to find if it they put in back on my PC. Without the information from the program, it is invisible to the user.
Again, I don't suggest this, but if you really feel you have need to, the resource is there for you. Just remember how you would feel if someone was spying on your actions.

I think you should ask her first. Sneaking around is what you are worried about her doing and two wrongs don't make a right. I don't think you can find her unless you know what name she uses and even then it's going about it hypocritically. I would confront her with your concerns, you can tell by her body language and eye contact if she is lying to you. Often but not always, most people will look up and to the left if they are not being truthful. Please try something else before being sneaky, be the bigger person so that if she is cheating, you can walk away with your head held high.

The only way you could find out is if you seen a question that sounds like something she would be asking and then clicking on her user and if she hasn't blocked her question be able to see what questions she has asked.

It will only pain you more to find out the thing she is asking. You already think she's cheating and if you see questions she's asking that will only compound the problem. Just move on and find someone you can trust. Spying on her ain't cool.

If you have an idea of the questions she might be asking, you can always 'search for a question' and hope to see if she's the one asking it. :)

Find out her user name then look at her profile. If you can't figure it out then try to browse questions that might be similar to ones she might ask, then try looking at her profile. But why don't you just ask her?
