Ask your grandparents if you can call your mom or dad, and find a private place to talk. Then calmly explain to your parents that you are sort of missing home.
Regardless of what your parents say, tell your grandparents that you miss home. If you live closeby, it'll be easy for them to drop you off.
However, if you don't, did you bring something to your grandparent's house that reminds you of home? If it's a stuffed animal, snuggle with it. If it's a scent, smell it and think of your home-sweet home.
Your grandparents are most likely very loving, so talk about home and the happy memories you shared there. Soon, YOU'LL feel right at home.
Hope I helped!

Start a writing project and ask your grandparents to tell you all about your parent as a child. Write it down and when you get home, give it to your parent. Spend time to take pictures of places they went to, or make drawings. Keep yourself busy, and stay off the computer, there are way too many things to do in the summer to be wasting time in doors.

Ask them questions about their youth. Remember what they say. Some day you will look back on some of these conversations because they won't be around.
After an hour or so you can excuse yourself and do your IM or Yahoo Answers or whatever.
Just give them some time. Sometimes they have funny stories about your parents too.
Get some laughs.

Talk to your grandparents and bond.. They won't be around much longer, and you have alot to learn from them. They are more than eager to share with you anything they know. Trust me, It's the best thing for both you and them!
