If you truly do have a duel to the death then you should put your affairs in order, get yourself together spiritually and arrange your funeral, should the outcome be against you. You should also consider the consequences of your actions both legally and karmetically and know that they will follow you for the rest of your life and your lives.
If you truly do have the courage to go through with your duel, I wish your spirit well, as I've seen the face of Death. May you too remembr the outcome and profit by it.
Life is a precious gift not to be taken lightly. Don't fool with Death, my Son. She plays the tune, not you.

YOU don't have to do any such thing. The decision is yours. If he doesn't have your where abouts monitored 24/7 then you can be far,far away. Tell the police all about it from the beginning to the end that which is leading up to the fight.
Maybe it is you that is the one who is going to start the fight that is to go to the death and if so why? You don't have to give in to the gang instinct. Maybe if the two of you had a go between who can help work it out it would help. PRAY

Apparently reasoning with said man has failed..or at least I'm assuming you've exhausted that option.
So, if you must you must. My advice....pray to the Lord, ask Him to forgive your sins and accept Him into your life. This way if and/or when you die, you'll go to the right place.
Here is a prayer you may try:
God, i'm sorry for my sin. I turn from it right now. I thank you for sending Jesus Christ to die on the cross for my sin. Jesus, I ask you to come in to my heart and life right now.
