My pick would be Job, to have the strength, faith, and patience as him would be wonderful. I do know he was not a fictional character, he walked this earth just as we do and he lived a life just as te bible says he did. God does not get away with murder. Who is God's judge, certainly not me, those are big shoes to fill. People bring their own demise on themselves. There are only so many times you can be warned and told of the reprecussions until they have to be envoked. We would sit back and call God a liar if he only warned these people but never carried out his word.

(I'm going to treat your question as serious here, even though you're making a joke in your answer)
Esther is probably my favorite. She was a reluctant heroine. She never sought to be queen, but when chosen, she served in her capacity with grace and beauty. She won favor with the king because she was humble as well as beautiful and she won his love and admiration by winning favor instead of through vanity.
She showed us how God can place certain people into places at a certain time and when she was called to save her people, she asked for help from friends and servants to pray and fast with her. Then instead of just coming out with a. request, she found a way to win the favor of her husband, the king. She realized that she was risking her life and had to expose the king's closest advisor (basically the equivalent of his best friend) as the evil man that he was, and knew it would not be easy. Esther teaches us a lot about being a simple person who can achieve greatness through wisdom, compassion, dignity and grace.

"Fireballs," are you THAT unoriginal? Not only can you not come up with your own name, but you can't think of a fresh question. How many times do you plan on reposting this same stupid question? Yes, it's obnoxious and offensive, and I know that's your primary goal, but really- I'd hope you'd be better at it by now. At least a little more original. If you're bound and determined to keep at it, at least TRY harder.

I would pick Mary, (the mother of Jesus) because she was so gentle and kind. Obeyed and was sincere to God and Joseph.

I like the Good Samaritan myself. He was nice to someone who would usually shun him in other circumstances.
Also, if you believe God is a fictional character, where do you think we came from? Don't tell me you're putting all your *faith* in the theory of evolution :)

I guess the people that said that you were in the wrong for saying that fictional must mean not real need a lesson in vocabulary. Fiction means not true, NON-fiction means true. I wouldn't choose any of them, I am happy to be just me.

There are few fictional characters in the Bible. Such figures are usually in parables, and one of these would be the Prodigal Son.
Your assertion that all characters in the Bible, or for that matter many or most is disingenuous, whether you believe or not.
Grow up.

I like David. he was a lowly shepherd who got to be king (by killing a GIANT with his BARE HANDS! dude!).
then he lusted after another man's wife, so he declared war just to send the guy off to the front lines to be killed, and moved in with his mrs. that's class.
