PLEASE take her to a vet as soon as you can. In the meantime, try adding this old remedy for her eyes:
1/4 teaspoon (the small spoon) of sea salt
dissolved in a 2 cups of boiling water. LET COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE!!! Soak a cotton ball (REAL cotton, NOT a "cosmetic" ball, which is polyester) in the WARM salt water and flood the affected eyes. Poor kitty will have a soaked face, but it does work. Do this a few times a day. The salt in the water actually cleans away the slime and dead tissue and help the eyes to heal. Store the extra salt water in a closed glass bottle in the refrigerator to keep it clean.
The sneezing sounds like she may have a respiratory ailment so the sooner you can get her to the vet to have it diagnosed, the better. It's good that she is eating and "pooping" but she is definitely not feeling well and needs to be treated by an expert. Is her poo runny or solid? If you can take a sample to the vet, that'll be good. Just scoop it out and put it in a zippy bag just before your vet visit; they can test it for parasites that might be making an impact on her health.
Please hug (GENTLY) your little feline buddy for me and don't worry. Thank you for finding her and giving her a good start in life. Bless you both!
All will be well. Hope this helps you and Miss Kitty.

Your cat has a respiratory problem. You need to get the kitten to the vet as soon as you can.
When my first cat was newly adopted as a kitten from the shelter, his eyes were full of junk and he was sneezing all of this crud. Little did I know, he was deathly ill. His lungs were congested. He ended up being on an amoxicillin type drug (called Clavamox) for several months. I had to give him the medicine in a dropper. He was honking and choking for weeks.
Good news though...he got better and he's 12 now. He's actually very trusting and loves to be mauled with kisses. My vet tells me that's because I cared for him so much when he was a kitten. He's great to give medicine to now when he might need it...(I think he enjoys it ;) )
Good luck to you and your kitten.

I agree, it sounds like an upper respiratory infection. You should definitely get to a vet, as these things can get out of hand quickly, and early treatment is fairly easy and inexpensive. For my kitty, it was just some antibiotic eye ointment, believe it or not, but they may also give you oral antibiotics. Then you'll have the "pleasure" of learning to medicate a cat. Enjoy!
Seriously, I'm sorry your kitty is sick. Take good care of her.

Take the cat to the vet PLEASE! It may have Conjunctivitis and requires an ointment that only the vet can prescribe. My cat had Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye) and it took a long time to heal even with the ointment. Also, since you found the cat a long the road it really needs to be checked out. It may be carrying diseases that could infect you.

It could be a few things. More likely than anything is a URI (upper respiratory infection). This is contagious, so if you have other cats, you need to see a vet and probably treat all of them.
It could also be as simple as allergies. You need to visit the vet to be sure. URI's can be treated easily with antibiotics (please do not give your cat old antibiotics you may have laying around the house).

Sounds like she has the start of an Upper Respiratory Infection (URI). You should really get her to the vet and get some antibiotics for her. URI is really easy to treat and usually only takes a week or so of medication.

My kittens were like this when they had the flu. Take them to the vet. If you don't treat it soon it could recur all it's life. Go to the vet. If it's a flu they will give you a eye ointment with antibiotics for the eyes and some oral antibiotics...easiest to crush them and mix them with food.

Sounds like upper respitory infection. Very common amongst kittens. Go to a vet for proper examination and treatment (which will likely require antibiotics).

She has an upper respiratory infection that needs to be treated by a vet. That illness can and usually will kill kittens, so it's important that you take her relatively quickly so hr immune system doesn't give out.
