No, I wouldn't be disappointed. I had a girlfriend once, that stripped down naked, and she had medium small ones, but they looked good on her, for the shape of the rest of her body.
By looking at the over-all package, she looked pretty darn good to me. As long as they have some boobs at all, is what matters.
