Show your nervousness. A lot of women are flattered when a man is awestruck by their beauty. Then, act as if you could have any woman in the world, and the woman you are talking to is just very lucky to get your attention. Women want to feel beautiful and have a guy that's hard to get.

Take a good breath before you get close and release it, then look them in the eyes, don't blink and do not let your gaze drop. Talk with them and LISTEN to what they say then make a comment on that or continue that thread of conversation. You will soon forget the superficial external beauty and begin to appreciate the depth of their personality and being.
