Can a megalomaniac (someone with a god complex) believe in God, or is that redundant?

The Christian god is the ultimate megalomaniac and he probably wouldn't like the competition.

Yes, they can also believe that god gave them the power or told them that their the best.

they can believe, but they would be sure that their belief and way of worship are the ONLY correct way to go about it
