how long take the whole immigration process?

I would think that you do have greater chances because you would be an asset to the economy. You speak english fluently and you were educated here.

Not really, but it can help. The immigration process if LONG and ANNOYING and it takes YEARS, and you cannot obtain much if you're from Latin America, they have quotas.

no. they can just as easily kick you out even with a student visa. if you eventually graduate and get a job offer, you might still be required to go home to your country of origin and wait for a work visa.
