If you were to hire someone who came into your bar, what kind of person would have little to no chance of getting hired? lifestyle, charactor, appearance, personality, clothes etc... ??What would they have to be like, talk like or look like ?

No weird piercings that make you wonder how they eat or drink with them, or onces that hinder clear speech (can you say tongue piercings?!)
Good c haracter, of course; they are handling cash and liquor, the 2 most valuable and expensive assets of the bar.
Would want good interpersonal skills, and someone with some maturity about them.
Clean, pulled-together. A personal clothing style is fine.
Would not care if they are black, white, purple, green, fat, thin, tall short, or limped.

It's easier to say what i would prefer - man or woman. Black pants and white shirt and a vest (of any color). If a beard then neat and trimmed. If long hair then tied in a pony tail. Finger nails clean and trimmed (no designs on the nails). No visible tattoos. I wouldn't hire a talker - the bartender must be someone who will listen (to what people have to say and ask).
Don't care about the lifestyle.... unless s/he starts making it with the customers. No criminal records.

Obviously, someone who looked unpresentable wouldn't get the job, i.e. dirty, threatening, diseased. Character counts more than looks. Lifestyle is meqaningles sunless it has a negative effect on the job. As the owner of a private business I can hire whom I please. Someone rubs me the wrong way, whatever his or her race, color, lifetsyle, appearance, etc., they don't get hired.

The one thing I WOULD look for is someone with strong legs. The priority should be getting the drinks to the customers.

Blondehaired female with ugly teeth loud horsey laugh. oversized boobs. that are sloppy and hanging. I would hire a Witty individual with brown hair blue eyes

appearance and personality would be weighed very heavily. you want pretty people, especially girls, because guys will drink more and drink mor expensive items. with someones personality you can usually tell if they are going to be quick enough. i dont care how pretty you are. you better be able to move your ***
