Yes, you can lose weight if you take Miralax, just like with every other laxative.
Taking a laxative to lose weight is a form of bulimia. To lose weight healthfully, eat a balanced, sensible diet and be sure to do plenty of exercise.
See a dietition or exercise physiologist for tips, and good luck!

This is the reason that some people shouldnt even be allowed to take over the counter drugs (and for you others that are going to tell me I'm wrong and its prescription only, its not, its over the counter now also).
If you are incompetent enough to try something so stupid to try to lose weight, go ahead. Why dont you just stop being lazy instead of looking for useless alternatives to lose weight. I'm not saying its easy, but you shouldn't be using drugs that can harm you to lose a couple pounds.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

People who plan their weekly meals are usually successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to include healthy carbs such as sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy every one of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to eat out or order in.

Suck this in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the meal. This will help to strengthen your ab muscles and your core, and enable you to get one step closer to some sort of flatter stomach.

Beans, beans, are great for your heart, the more you take in the more you... lose pounds actually. Super-effective and full involving fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and decelerate the rate at which your current stomach empties, meaning you remain fuller for longer.
