You can go here http://calorielab.com/index.html and figure your calories for foods that weren't labeled.
Doesn't look like you had near enough calories actually, and I didn't notice any protien in there anywhere...also, why the big gap of no food from 7:20am to 3pm? That's 7.5 hrs of no food...balance your day a bit better instead of having a huge gap like that, then just a half hour somewhere else. 4 - 6 small meals a day is recommended, but they should be every few hours...maybe 2 hrs or a little more if you do 6 meals, and 4 hrs for 4 meals.
Your calories shouldn't be less than 1200 a day without a doctor's supervision...eat a balanced diet...fruits and veggies, lean meat (or some form of protein), whole grains, complex carbs, healthy fats, and lots of water.
Remember if your calories go too low than your metabolism slows down, your body hoards every calorie you give it, and weight loss becomes more difficult but gaining weight becomes easier than ever. I've been there, I know...

Use fitday.com to track your calories. or MyPyramid.gov. I think you are probably starving yourself and if you don't take in enough calories, your metabolism drops. That's a really bad thing to have happen.
I'm assuming you stick with cardio when you go to the gym. Lifting weights will help increase your metabolism since muscle requires more energy than fat. And no, you won't bulk up unless you are overeating.
It looks like you are eating healthy, though, so props to you for that.
I think you need to find a registered dietician in your area and come up with a good diet plan.

not hardly enough of the right types of foods.
not enough low GI high fiber carbs, not enough vegetables, not enough protein, not enough healthy fats
consuing less calories than the BMR requires will slow the metabolic rate impeding fat loss
balanced meals are like this:
breakfast
3 egg whites and 1 whole egg
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 grapefruit
snack
1-2 oz. sunflower seeds or nuts, etc.
lunch
4 oz lean poultry
1/2 cup lentils
side salad with mixed vegetables
snack
3 oz. beef jerky
dinner
4 oz fish
mixed vegetables
snack
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

nope that seems perfect. you had small meals in between which keeps ur metabolism up. dont feel fat everything you ate was healthy and in reasonable sizes. you probably ate about 1,500 calories or less.
