Sometimes, people see covered Muslim women and they think of this as oppression. This is wrong. A Muslim woman is not oppressed, in fact, she is liberated. This is because she is no longer valued for something material, such as her good looks or the shape of her body. She compels others to judge her for her intelligence, kindness, honesty and personality. Therefore, people judge her for who she actually is.
When Muslim women cover their hair and wear loose clothes, they are obeying the orders of their Lord to be modest, not cultural or social mores. In fact, Christian nuns cover their hair out of modesty, yet no one considers them “oppressed”. By following the command of Allah, Muslim women are doing the exact same thing.

Come on, some American women are Muslims and thus wear the outfits, some American women are not Muslims and therefore shouldn't have to wear such outfits.
It's a matter of personal choice.

Because America stands for freedom. Being a typical muslim women is to not be free and stand in the shadows of men. That's not to say that there aren't any muslim women that dress and act more like typical American women. However, these muslims are not really practising islam, they just think they do.

How does this alleged behavior affect you personally? Some Christians enjoy horror movies but some Christians regard them as wicked. Everyone is different. These bizarre posts make one think that young Americans want the world to be populated by everyone thinking and behaving exactly the same - like robots

because all women in the United States have the right to dress as they wish
Muslim women in the United States also dress as the wish
There are Muslim women that:
cover from head to toe
cover their hair
do not cover their hair
wear shorts
wear bikini

if you mena dress less revealing and be more submissive to the male counterparts is because they were raised in 2 different cultures. the American Culture encourages women to stand up for their rights and pursue whatever they please. however Muslim Women aren't given the right to be educated. Of course thats all changing now more girls are attending school but they are encouraged to be housekeepers instead of pursuing jobs. personally i dont mind women pursuing what they please. they are human after all too arent they? Everybody comes from one and they are just as important as the male. Cuz i am sure as hell i dont want to live in a world with guys only
