13% would put you in the same category as elite female athletes which is far below average for body fat levels.
13% is very hard to maintain if you are not naturally lean. to maintain that % of body fat you are going to have to ingest 95% whole foods and cook the majority of your meals from scratch. consuming processed foods regularly is the exact opposite of what is needed to substantially reduce the body fat %

umm...yeah. 13-20% body fat is considered to be the normal body fat percentage for athletes. if you go under 12% then you are considered only to have "essential body fat," which is unhealthy and could be a sign of an eating disorder.

No, your body fat ratio is too low. Studies have shown that women lose their fertility, and are at higher risks for osteoporosis (due to low estrogen levels) if their body fat ratio is too low. You should be at least an 18%. Possibly 15% if you are very lean, but certainly not less than that.
You need cholesterol to make hormones, no body fat means no cholesterol and therefore no hormones.
