I've heard that drinking 8 glasses of H2O is not neccesary and it all depends on ones weight, if this is true then how do you know how much water to drink according to your weight.

actually its half of your weight in ounces
e.g. you are 160lbs=80oz of water=10glasses of water
it was recently updated because people are getting bigger

that is not true. You should at least drink 4 glasses of water a day. that is what I am told from the doctor.

i heard that the number of ounces for the number of pounds is enough per day...if in doubt finish up a gallon every day...you're urine should be clear light yellow (sorrie i had to get graphic there)
