I really want to be a mechanical engineer but don't know witch colleges are the best for me.

I think the best thing to do would be to speak to some local businesses about a project. Engineering is about solving problems to make money or improve lives so if you can link your project to a real need you'll get a lot more out of it, benefit someone, get a better grade and possibly make a bit of cash on the way. Try garages, factories, manufacturing firms that sort of thing. You don't have to come up with a brand new invention you just have to apply your knowledge and skills in a creative way. If they like your solution then they should pay you for the rights to use it. Bam!...you are halfway to becoming an engineering consultant.
